Forced Abortion

Evan Madision, the teen’s boyfriend, and his family, helped the young mother-to-be obtain legal representation from the Texas Center for Defense of Life, a pro-life organization. In Texas a pregnant 16 year old girl was threatened and forced by her parents to abort her unborn baby. Her boyfriend and his parents helped the girl obtain legal representation from the Texas Center for Defense of Life, which is a pro life organization. She then sued her parents claiming that her parents were going to force her to have an abortion.  Later the court stated that her parents will give heir consent to her to marry the bay's father, pay for half of her pregnancy-related medical bills until she is we,  will return the use of her car and agreed to not use physical force in an attempt to abort the baby. As punishment the young girls parents forced her to take two jobs and to drop out of school. But the girl won the case because it is a guarantee woman's right to have or not have an abortion.

Heart Attack Grill

The famous 9000 hamburger from Heart Attack Grill has taken another victim. John Alleman was waiting at a Las Vegas bus stop waiting to go home, when he suddenly collapses and later died of a heart attack. The joint is famous for it's slogan "a burger to die for" and it waitresses dressed as nurses. Mr. Alleman had one of those burgers everyday. He never missed a day, he was even there in holidays. He was such a regular that he appeared on menus and merchandise as patient John. With the restaurant opening in 2011, there has been  two people hospitalized after eating there.

British House of Commons Passes Gay Marriage

On Tuesday The House of Commons voted to legalize gay marriage. But the Prime Minister has a small setback, more than half of the lawmakers in the Conservative Party voted against the law. After a six hour debate, it passed with 400 to 175. It will more than likely to pass the House of Lords. It's been a long time since a Prime Minister has had to make such hefty decisions. Opponents of the legislation argued that it ruins tradition, and others say it can help modernize the country. The legislation applies to England and Wales and will permit marriage between gays but does not excuse the Church of England to preform these ceremonies. But the divisions over same-sex marriage have been less heated than in France.

Terrorist Attack on the US Embassy in Turkish Capital

On Friday a suicide bomber detonated an explosive outside the of the US Embassy in the Turkish capital.  The bomber killed himself and an embassy guard, and the bombers motives are still under investigation. Bu suspicions are that Al Qaeda is behind the attack, but Turkish medias report that the authorities have already identified the attacker who was said to not be an Islamic extremist but instead a Marxist extremist group. All though the Embassy is heavily protected, the  bomb exploded inside the security checkpoint at the side entrance. The Bombing at the Embassy in Turkey is yet another reminder of the constant terrorist threat against US facilities, and personnel.
